Everything was perfect at ocean B only issue was on Saturday in major lite as was Sat for over 12 hrs without treatment the doctor when he actually did Amie said he would be back in 5 as he needed to check results but didn't comeback for another hour and a half, wouldn't allow me on ward because pulse rate to high, but no medication to lower.

Everyone from the cleaning upward were very friendly and polite. If there were any problems. It was usually the paper work either missing and delayed. So one nurse would give you water and the next like it away as the paper work was not showing I had gone from nil by mouth to free flowing liquids. As my notes and been up re concerns.

More technology - enabling prompt updates - cleanliness greatly improved. Food has improved greatly still room to go "Do you need help" this service is ingenious and such a help for the elderly such as myself who have nobody to help them the staff are kind, willing, smiling and they are volunteers. This service takes pressure off nursing staff and puts patients minds at rest.
